Care & Storage
Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid overfilling, support its shape gently, and use a clean, breathable storage bag when available.
Keep away from rain, oils, perfume, alcohol and abrasive surfaces. Handle with clean, dry hands. If moisture gets on the bag, gently blot with a soft, dry cloth and let it dry naturally.
Care depends on the material. Do not machine-wash, soak or apply cleaners, polish or conditioner without guidance suited to the specific material. Follow the original designer’s advice for leather, canvas, suede, patent finishes, raffia and other delicate surfaces.
Delivery & Returns
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
